Todd Potter is a Partner at East Tennessee Wealth Partners, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, Todd has built a reputation for steady guidance, integrity, and a strong commitment to serving both clients and advisors. He holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and continues to play an active role in mentoring and developing others within the profession. Outside of the office, Todd is deeply committed to his faith and community, serving as a Deacon at Church on the Life. He and his wife, Wendy, are proud parents of two children and grandparents to two grandchildren, cherishing time spent with family.

Brian Moles*

Partner

Brian Moles, CLF, LUTCF, is a Partner at East Tennessee Wealth Partners and Head of Agency Development for OneSouth Financial Group. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has led the growth of the Eastern Tennessee operation while supporting financial professionals development across multiple states. Brian began his career in 2008 with AIG Financial Network, where he advanced into leadership roles including Associate Manager and National Management Trainer. He focuses on training, advanced case design, and helping financial professionals build scalable, client-centered practices. He holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and resides in Blountville, Tennessee.

Born and raised in Kingsport, Tennessee, Bryan brings both local roots and global perspective to his practice, having earned his MBA in Glasgow, Scotland. Known for his thoughtful, relationship-driven approach, Bryan is committed to guiding clients through every stage of life with confidence and care.

Joe Cassell is a Financial Service Professional at East Tennessee Wealth Partners. Born and raised in Kingsport, Tennessee, Joe began his second career in financial services after a successful 20-year tenure with Eastman Chemical Company. He brings a disciplined, service-oriented mindset to his work, long-term care planning, and life insurance strategies to help families protect what matters most. Joe holds his Life and Health insurance license and is committed to building long-term relationships grounded in trust and clarity. He is married to Angela and is the proud father of two sons, Logan and Hayden. Outside of work, Joe has spent many years coaching youth basketball, pouring into young athletes and investing in his community.
